Product Overview
The A1262 is a two-channel, latching Hall-effect sensor IC featuring both vertical and planar Hall elements. Its 2D architecture provides quadrature output signals with 90 phase separation, enabling the determination of speed and direction for rotating ring magnets. This sensor offers flexibility in end-system magnetic design with two sensing options and is available in two temperature ranges and two package types. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and includes features like output short-circuit protection and reverse-battery protection.
