The ATS19200 is an optimized Hall-effect integrated circuit (IC) designed for true zero-speed digital gear tooth sensing in two-wire applications. It integrates a Hall-effect sensor IC, signal processing circuitry, a rare-earth pellet, and a high-temperature ceramic capacitor in a single overmolded package, enhancing EMC robustness and reducing the need for external protection. The device offers high accuracy for pitch and duty cycle over a wide operating air gap range, with advanced calibration algorithms ensuring air gap independent switchpoints. Integrated diagnostics provide ASIL B(D) compliance, and built-in EEPROM offers device traceability.
