Product Overview
The APS11000 and APS11060 families are AEC-Q100 qualified Hall-effect switches designed for 24 V automotive applications, offering temperature stability up to 165C. These sensors are available in planar (APS11000) and vertical (APS11060) Hall-effect sensing element configurations, providing flexible options for system design with various magnetic sensitivities and polarities. They feature active high and active low variants for easy integration and are compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL A (pending confirmation). The devices include on-board protection for reverse-battery, overvoltage, and output short-circuit conditions, making them suitable for operation from unregulated supplies.
