Product Overview
The APS11000 and APS11060 are AEC-Q100 qualified Hall-effect switches designed for 24 V automotive applications, offering ISO 26262:2011 ASIL A compliance (pending confirmation). These temperature-stable sensors operate reliably up to 165C junction temperature. Available in various magnetic sensitivities and polarities, with active high and low variants, they provide flexible system design options. The APS11000 features a planar Hall-effect element sensitive to magnetic flux perpendicular to the IC package face, while the APS11060 uses a vertical Hall-effect element sensitive to flux parallel to the IC package face. Both families offer robust automotive-grade features including 40 V load dump compliance, reverse-battery protection, output short-circuit and overvoltage protection, and high EMC immunity.
