Product Overview
The ATS605LSG is a single IC solution for rotational position sensing using a ferrous gear target. It features three Hall elements for two independent differential channels, processed by a sophisticated digital circuit to eliminate offsets and provide accurate speed and direction information. The SG package includes a rare earth pellet for enhanced reliability and performance. Its air gap independent switch points, integrated back-biasing magnetic circuit, and immunity to external magnetic interference make it suitable for various applications requiring dual-phase gear speed and position data or high-resolution gear speed and direction information.
