Product Overview
The APS11000 and APS11060 families are AEC-Q100 qualified Hall-effect switches designed for 24 V automotive applications. These temperature-stable sensors operate reliably over extended junction temperature ranges up to 165C. Available in various magnetic sensitivities, polarities, and output configurations (active high/low), they offer flexible system design options. The APS11000 features a planar Hall-effect element sensitive to flux perpendicular to the IC package face, while the APS11060 utilizes a vertical Hall-effect element sensitive to flux parallel to the IC package face. These devices are built with automotive-grade ruggedness, including 40 V load dump compliance, reverse-battery protection, and output short-circuit/overvoltage protection.
