Product Overview
The APS12625 and APS12626 are dual ultrasensitive Hall-effect latches designed for use with ring magnets. They offer flexible and easy-to-use 2D magnetic sensing with vertical and planar Hall elements, providing 90 phase separation independent of magnet pole spacing and air gap. The APS12625 provides Speed and Direction outputs, while the APS12626 offers quadrature outputs. A unique power-cycling restore feature (-P option) minimizes lost counts/pulses. These automotive-grade ICs operate from 2.8 to 5.5 V and are qualified to AEC-Q100 for junction temperatures up to 175C.
