Product Overview
The APS12625 and APS12626 are dual ultrasensitive Hall-effect latches designed for use with ring magnets. They offer 2D magnetic sensing with vertical and planar Hall elements, providing 90 phase separation that is independent of magnet pole spacing and air gap, eliminating the need for target optimization. These devices are flexible and easy to use, with options for XY, ZX, and ZY sensing axes to accommodate various orientations. The APS12625 provides Speed and Direction outputs, while the APS12626 offers quadrature outputs (Channel A/B). A unique power-cycling restore feature (-P option) prevents lost counts/pulses. They are automotive grade, qualified per AEC-Q100, and operate from 2.8 to 5.5 V with high magnetic sensitivity.
