Product Overview

The APS11000 and APS11060 families are AEC-Q100 qualified Hall-effect switches designed for 24 V automotive applications, offering temperature stability up to 165C. These sensors provide flexible system design options with various magnetic sensitivities, polarities, and active high/low variants. The APS11000 utilizes a planar Hall-effect element sensitive to flux perpendicular to the IC package face, while the APS11060 features a vertical Hall-effect element sensitive to flux parallel to the IC package face. They are compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL A (pending confirmation) and offer robust automotive-grade features including load dump compliance, reverse-battery protection, and output short-circuit/overvoltage protection.
