The ATS605LSG is a single IC solution for rotational position sensing with a ferrous gear target. It features three Hall elements creating two independent differential channels, processed by a sophisticated digital circuit to eliminate offsets and provide accurate speed and direction information. The SG package includes a rare-earth pellet for consistent performance and enhanced reliability. Its open-drain outputs mirror the target's shape, offering phase separation for accurate gear speed and direction sensing. Optimized for applications requiring dual-phase gear speed and position, or high-resolution gear speed and direction.
