Product Overview
The APS11450 is a three-wire planar Hall-effect sensor IC designed for automotive safety-related systems, compliant with ISO 26262:2011 for ASIL B capability. It features enhanced three-wire interface diagnostics for interconnect faults and a defined fault state for diagnostic communication. The sensor offers multiple product options for magnetic switch points, temperature coefficient, hysteresis, and response to magnetic fields, compatible with various magnet types. Its integrated features reduce module bill-of-materials and assembly costs, while providing automotive-grade ruggedness and fault tolerance, including extended AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualification for operation up to 175C.
