The APS12450 is a three-wire planar Hall-effect sensor IC designed for automotive safety-related systems, compliant with ISO 26262:2011 for ASIL B capability. It features an enhanced three-wire interface with interconnect diagnostics and a fault state for diagnostic communication. Continuous background diagnostics are transparent to the host system, reducing fault tolerant time.
