Product Overview
The APS12625 and APS12626 are dual ultrasensitive Hall-effect latches designed for ring magnet applications. They offer flexible 2D magnetic sensing with vertical and planar Hall elements, providing inherent 90 phase separation independent of magnet pole spacing and air gap. This eliminates the need for target optimization and allows for easy integration into various mechanical designs. The APS12625 provides Speed and Direction outputs, while the APS12626 offers quadrature outputs. A unique power-cycling restore feature (-P option) minimizes lost counts/pulses. These devices are automotive-grade, qualified per AEC-Q100, and operate from 2.8 to 5.5 V with high magnetic sensitivity and junction temperatures up to 175C.
