The CT812x series of bipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital latches are designed for consumer and industrial applications, offering superior sensing performance with Allegro's patented XtremeSense TMR technology and integrated CMOS process. These devices feature stable magnetic operation over a wide temperature range, ultra-low power consumption as low as 2.2 A, making them ideal for battery-operated products.
