Product Overview

The APS11202 is a chopper-stabilized, precision Hall-effect switch designed for automotive, consumer, and industrial applications. It offers exceptional temperature stability and stress resistance, making it ideal for operation over extended temperature ranges up to 150C. The device features dynamic offset cancellation for superior high-temperature performance and includes a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output. It requires a south polarity magnetic field to activate and operates with supply voltages from 3 to 24 V. Available in SOT23W (LH) and SIP (UA) packages, both are lead-free with matte-tin plating.
