Product Overview
The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches are designed for consumer and industrial applications. These devices leverage Allegro's patented XtremeSense TMR technology integrated with CMOS processes to offer a monolithic solution with superior sensing performance. They provide stable magnetic operation across their operating temperature range and boast ultra-low power consumption as low as 110 nA, making them ideal for battery-operated products. Supporting magnetic fields down to 9 G, they are suitable for applications requiring large air gaps. For compact designs, they are available in a 4-lead LGA package, and for high-volume manufacturing, they are offered in an industry-standard 3-lead SOT-23 package.
