Product Overview

The A1220, A1221, A1222, and A1223 are extremely temperature-stable and stress-resistant Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for operation over extended temperature ranges up to 150C. They feature dynamic offset cancellation for superior high-temperature performance, reducing residual offset voltage caused by overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. These devices integrate a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output capable of sinking up to 25 mA. Operation is supported from 3 to 24 V supply voltages, with reverse-battery protection and solid-state reliability. Available in SOT23W (LH) and SIP (UA) packages.
