Product Overview
The CT815x series of tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) analog sensors, featuring Allegro's patented XtremeSense TMR technology, offer superior sensing performance for consumer and industrial applications. These monolithic solutions provide a linear sample-and-hold (S&H) analog output voltage with a sampling frequency of 100 Hz. The CT8152 variant integrates both analog and digital outputs, enabling an ultra-low power state by using the digital output to control the analog output. With exceptionally low power consumption, as low as 1.3 A in analog mode and 150 nA in digital mode, these sensors are ideal for battery-operated devices. Available in compact LGA and industry-standard SOT-23 packages, the CT815x series is designed for high-volume manufacturing and applications requiring small form factors.
