Product Overview
The A1262 is a two-channel, latching Hall-effect sensor IC featuring both vertical and planar Hall elements. Its 2D architecture provides quadrature output signals with 90 phase separation, enabling the determination of speed and direction of rotating ring magnets. The sensor offers flexibility in magnetic design with two sensing options for vertical Hall plate orientation (X or Y), alongside a planar Hall plate sensitive to magnetic fields perpendicular to the package face (Z). It is suitable for applications requiring high sensitivity, output short-circuit protection, reverse-battery protection, and superior temperature stability.
