Product Overview
The APS12202 and APS12212 are temperature-stable and stress-resistant Hall-effect latches designed for operation over extended temperature ranges up to 150C. They feature dynamic offset cancellation for superior high-temperature performance, reducing residual offset voltage caused by overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. These devices integrate a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output capable of sinking up to 25 mA. Operation is supported with supply voltages from 3 to 24 V. Available in SOT23W (LH) and SIP (UA) packages, both are lead-free with matte-tin plating.
