Product Overview
The Allegro A1210-A1214 Hall-effect latches are next-generation replacements for the popular Allegro 317x and 318x lines. Built with BiCMOS technology, these devices offer fast power-on times and low-noise operation, ensuring increased switch point accuracy through post-packaging programming. Their unique Hall element geometries and low-offset amplifiers minimize noise and residual offset voltage, making them suitable for demanding applications. The integrated voltage regulator allows operation from 3.8 to 24 V, and extensive on-board protection provides a 30 V absolute maximum voltage rating, ideal for automotive and industrial motor commutation without external components. All devices in the family are identical except for magnetic switch point levels.
