Product Overview
The A1220, A1221, A1222, and A1223 are Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-temperature operation (up to 150C) and resistance to thermal stress. They feature dynamic offset cancellation for superior performance, an on-chip regulator for wide supply voltage range (3-24V), and a short-circuit protected open-drain output. These devices are AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and offer solid-state reliability in small package sizes.
