Product Overview
The CT811x series of unipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches are designed for consumer and industrial applications. Leveraging Allegro's patented XtremeSense TMR technology integrated with CMOS processes, these devices offer a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance. They provide stable magnetic operation across their operating temperature range and boast ultra-low power consumption as low as 145 nA, making them ideal for battery-operated products. The CT811x series supports magnetic fields down to 15 G, suitable for applications with large air gap requirements. Available in an industry-standard 3-lead SOT-23 package, they are well-suited for high-volume manufacturing.
