Product Overview
The APS12202 and APS12212 are highly temperature-stable and stress-resistant Hall-effect latch sensor ICs, ideal for operation in extended temperature ranges up to 150C. They feature dynamic offset cancellation for superior high-temperature performance, reducing residual offset caused by overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. These devices integrate a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output capable of sinking up to 25 mA. A south polarity magnetic field activates the output, while a north polarity field deactivates it. They operate from supply voltages of 3 to 24 V and are available in SOT23W (LH) and SIP (UA) lead-free packages.
