Product Overview
The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches, based on Allegro's XtremeSense TMR technology, are designed for consumer and industrial applications requiring superior sensing performance and ultra-low power consumption. These monolithic solutions offer stable magnetic operation across a wide temperature range, making them ideal for battery-operated devices and applications demanding minimal current draw (as low as 110 nA). They support magnetic fields down to 9 G, catering to requirements with large air gaps. Available in compact 4-lead LGA and industry-standard 3-lead SOT-23 packages, the CT813x series is suitable for both small form factor and high-volume manufacturing needs.
