Product Overview
The ATS128LSE is a programmable, true power-on state (TPOS) Hall-effect sensor IC designed for gear-tooth and proximity sensing applications. It combines a Hall-effect IC with a rare-earth pellet to detect magnetic signals from ferromagnetic targets. Key features include a wide programmable magnetic operate point (BOP) with fixed hysteresis, user-programmable output polarity and fall time, on-board voltage regulation, and internal protection against supply transients, output short-circuits, and reverse battery conditions. Its advanced dynamic offset cancellation technique ensures stable switch points over temperature and reduces residual offset voltage. This device is ideal for gathering speed or position information and is supplied in a 4-pin SIP package.
