The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches, based on Allegro's XtremeSense TMR technology, offer a monolithic solution for consumer and industrial applications. These devices provide stable magnetic operation, ultra-low power consumption as low as 110 nA, and sensitivity to magnetic fields down to 9 G. Available in compact 4-lead LGA and industry-standard 3-lead SOT-23 packages, they are ideal for battery-operated products, applications with large air gaps, and high-volume manufacturing.
