Product Overview
The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches are designed for consumer and industrial applications, offering superior sensing performance with Allegro's XtremeSense TMR technology and integrated CMOS process. These devices provide stable magnetic operation, exceptionally low power consumption (as low as 110 nA), and sensitivity to magnetic fields down to 9 G, making them ideal for battery-operated products and applications with large air gaps. Available in compact 4-lead LGA and industry-standard 3-lead SOT-23 packages, they cater to both small form factor requirements and high-volume manufacturing.
