Product Overview

The A1126 is an omnipolar, ultrasensitive Hall-effect switch with a digital output, designed for reliable operation across extended temperature ranges up to 150C. It features a dynamic offset cancellation technique for superior high-temperature performance, making it insensitive to physical stress and temperature excursions. The device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit-protected open-drain output on a single silicon chip. Its omnipolar operation allows activation by either north or south magnetic polarity, simplifying manufacturing and making it an excellent replacement for reed switches in industrial, consumer, and automotive applications.
