The Allegro A1202 and A1203 are next-generation, continuous-time bipolar Hall-effect switches offering fast power-on time and low-noise operation. Produced with BiCMOS technology, these devices feature device programming after packaging for increased switchpoint accuracy and integrated protection circuitry for superior performance in automotive and motor commutation applications. They are designed to replace and extend the popular A3133 and A3132 product line.
