Product Overview

The Allegro A1324, A1325, and A1326 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-accuracy applications such as displacement, angular position, and current measurement. These temperature-stable devices feature a miniature surface mount package (SOT23W) and an ultra-mini through-hole single in-line package. They provide a ratiometric voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, with a quiescent voltage output of 50% of the supply voltage. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications operating within an extended temperature range of 40C to 150C, these ICs integrate a Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, a clamped output stage, and a proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technique for enhanced accuracy and reliability.
