The A3213 and A3214 are ultra-sensitive, pole-independent Hall-effect switches with a latched digital output, designed for low-power applications. They are ideal for battery-operated, hand-held equipment such as cell phones and palmtop computers. Their polarity independence and minimal power requirements allow them to replace reed switches, offering superior reliability and ease of manufacturing without the need for signal conditioning. Chopper stabilization ensures improved stability by reducing offset voltage caused by overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress.
