Product Overview
The ATS344 is a high-precision, back-biased programmable Hall-effect linear sensor IC designed for both automotive and non-automotive applications. It features a configurable current-mode pulse-width-modulated (PWM) output and integrates two Hall-effect sensing elements with a rare-earth magnetic pellet for differential magnetic signal sensing. This device is ideal for applications requiring axial position sensing of rotating targets, offering customer-programmable options for position range, offset, bandwidth, output clamps, and temperature compensation. Its BiCMOS monolithic integrated circuit incorporates precision temperature-compensating circuitry and proprietary dynamic offset cancellation for stable and low-noise output.
