The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches are designed for consumer and industrial applications, offering superior sensing performance with Allegro's XtremeSense TMR technology and integrated CMOS process. These devices provide stable magnetic operation, ultra-low power consumption as low as 110 nA, and sensitivity to magnetic fields down to 9 G. Available in compact 4-lead LGA and industry-standard 3-lead SOT-23 packages, they are ideal for battery-operated products, applications with large air gaps, and high-volume manufacturing.
