The ATS675 is a self-calibrating True Power-On State (TPOS) speed sensor IC optimized for automotive camshaft sensing. It offers improved accuracy and performs at zero target speed, providing true target state recognition at power-on. Key advantages include chopper stabilization for reduced offset drift, a digital output polarity option for customization, and automatic gain control (AGC) to eliminate air gap variations. The device ensures consistent switch points regardless of air gap and dynamically adapts to automotive operating conditions. It operates at supply voltages as low as 3.3 V and includes undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
