Product Overview

The A1120, A1121, A1122, A1123, and A1125 are highly temperature-stable and stress-resistant unipolar Hall-effect switches designed for operation in extended temperature ranges up to 150C. These devices feature dynamic offset cancellation for superior high-temperature performance, reducing residual offset voltage caused by overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. Integrated components include a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output capable of sinking up to 25 mA. The devices operate from a wide supply voltage range of 3 to 24 V, with the lower limit allowing for 3V applications or enhanced protection against voltage transients. The A1120-A1123 activate the output with a sufficient south pole magnetic field, while the A1125 is complementary, deactivating the output with a south pole. Available in SOT23W (LH) and ultra-mini SIP (UA) packages, these lead-free components are suitable for various mounting requirements.
