The CT100 is a 1D linear sensor from Allegro, built on their patented XtremeSense TMR technology. It offers a total magnetic field range of 50 mT to 50 mT, achieving a linearity error of 0.5% within the 20 mT to 20 mT range. The device is designed for unparalleled temperature stability across its full operating temperature range and supports a wide supply voltage from 1.0 V to 5.5 V. Available in compact 6-lead SOT23 and low-profile 6-lead DFN packages, the CT100 is suitable for space-critical applications.
