The APS11202 is a chopper-stabilized, precision Hall-effect switch designed for automotive, consumer, and industrial applications. It offers exceptional temperature stability and stress resistance, making it ideal for operation up to 150C. Key features include dynamic offset cancellation for superior high-temperature performance, a short-circuit protected open-drain output capable of sinking up to 25 mA, and operation from a wide supply voltage range of 3 to 24 V. Available in SOT23W (LH) and SIP (UA) packages, both lead-free and RoHS compliant.
