Product Overview
The Allegro A1324, A1325, and A1326 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-accuracy applications such as displacement, angular position, and current measurement. These temperature-stable devices offer a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, with a quiescent voltage output at 50% of the supply voltage. Available in miniature surface mount (SOT23W) and ultra-mini through-hole (SIP) packages, they are ideal for automotive and industrial applications requiring operation over an extended temperature range of 40C to 150C. Each monolithic circuit integrates a Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, a clamped output stage, and a dynamic offset cancellation technique for enhanced reliability and accuracy.
