The Allegro A1318 and A1319 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-accuracy displacement and angular position sensing. These temperature-stable devices feature non-volatile memory for optimizing sensitivity and quiescent voltage output (QVO), ensuring sustained performance across a wide operating temperature range of 40C to 150C. They offer a ratiometric voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, with QVO adjusted around 50% of the supply voltage. Ideal for demanding automotive and industrial applications, these sensors are available in miniature surface-mount (SOT23-W) and through-hole (SIP) packages. Key benefits include enhanced accuracy through end-of-line optimization, temperature-stable performance, precise recoverability after temperature cycling, and integrated short-circuit diagnostic capabilities via output voltage clamps.
