The Allegro A1324, A1325, and A1326 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-accuracy applications requiring small package sizes. These temperature-stable devices provide a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, featuring a quiescent voltage output of 50% of the supply voltage. They are ideal for displacement, angular position, and current measurement in automotive and industrial applications, operating across an extended temperature range of 40C to 150C. The integrated BiCMOS monolithic circuit includes a Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, a clamped output stage, and a dynamic offset cancellation technique for enhanced reliability and accuracy.
