Product Overview
The Allegro CT100 is a 1D linear sensor utilizing patented XtremeSense TMR technology in a full-bridge configuration. It offers a wide magnetic field range of 50 mT and achieves high linearity with an error of 0.5% within the 20 mT to 20 mT range. The device is designed for exceptional temperature stability across its operating range and supports a broad supply voltage from 1.0 V to 5.5 V. Available in compact 6-lead SOT23 and low-profile DFN packages, as well as die form for space-critical applications, the CT100 is suitable for linear measurements, proximity sensing, and current sensing applications.
