The Allegro A1324, A1325, and A1326 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-accuracy applications requiring small package sizes, such as displacement, angular position, and current measurement. These temperature-stable devices offer a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, featuring a quiescent voltage output of 50% of the supply voltage. With factory-programmed sensitivities of 5.0 mV/G (A1324), 3.125 mV/G (A1325), and 2.5 mV/G (A1326), they are ideal for automotive and industrial applications operating within an extended temperature range of 40C to 150C. Each monolithic circuit integrates a Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, a clamped output stage, and a proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technique for enhanced reliability and accuracy.
