The ACS732KMA and ACS733KMA are Allegro's next-generation, high-bandwidth current sensor ICs designed for accurate high-frequency current measurement in switching power applications like DC/DC converters. These Hall-effect based sensors offer high isolation, user-configurable overcurrent fault detection, and a 1 MHz analog output. Their compact, wide body SOIC-16 package facilitates easy integration into automotive, industrial, commercial, and communication systems. Applications include motor control, load detection, switch-mode power supplies, and overcurrent fault protection. The devices sense current differentially to reject common-mode fields and provide a precise, factory-programmed voltage output proportional to AC and DC current.
