The APS13290 and APS13291 are three-wire, planar Hall-effect latch integrated circuits (ICs) designed for industrial and consumer applications, offering superior ruggedness and fault tolerance. These precision Hall-effect latches are engineered for operation over extended temperature ranges, up to 125C ambient and 175C junction temperatures.
