Product Overview
The Allegro A1308 and A1309 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-accuracy displacement and angular position sensing in miniature packages. These temperature-stable devices feature nonvolatile memory for end-of-line optimization of sensitivity and quiescent voltage output (QVO). They offer a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, with QVO adjusted to approximately 50% of the supply voltage. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications, they operate across an extended temperature range and are available in surface-mount (SOT-23W) and through-hole (SIP) packages. Key benefits include 5V operation, programmed QVO temperature coefficient for enhanced accuracy, miniature package options, high-bandwidth, low-noise analog output, and immunity to mechanical stress.
