The Allegro A1308 and A1309 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-accuracy displacement and angular position sensing in miniature packages. These temperature-stable devices feature nonvolatile memory for end-of-line optimization of sensitivity and quiescent voltage output (QVO). They offer a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, with QVO adjusted to approximately 50% of the supply voltage. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications, they operate across an extended temperature range and are available in surface-mount (SOT-23W) and through-hole (SIP) packages.
