Product Overview
The ACS37003 is a fully integrated, high-accuracy current sensor IC designed for precise current measurement in various applications. It features a low internal primary conductor resistance of 265 , enabling low power dissipation and high efficiency. The sensor is factory-trimmed, eliminating the need for customer programming or calibration. Its internal construction provides high isolation, magnetically coupling the current-generated field to a monolithic Hall sensor IC. Differential sensing with two Hall plates rejects common-mode magnetic fields. The ACS37003 offers industry-leading isolation ratings, including 5 kVRMS isolation and a basic working voltage of 1140 VRMS, making it suitable for high-voltage applications. With a wide operating temperature range of 40C to 125C and a high operating bandwidth of 400 kHz, it is ideal for fast control loops and high-speed current monitoring.
