Product Overview

The CT110 is a high-linearity, high-resolution TMR current sensor with isolation, leveraging patented XtremeSense TMR technology. It accurately measures AC and DC current from 5 mA up to 15.0 A through an integrated current-carrying conductor (CCC) within its DFN package, converting it to a ratiometric analog output voltage. Offering superior performance with a typical total output error of less than 0.5%, the CT110 operates across a wide voltage range of 2.7 to 5.5 V. It serves as an ideal replacement for shunt resistors and isolation amplifiers, simplifying design, reducing PCB layout complexity, and saving space. The device features a sampling frequency of 200 kHz, minimal current consumption of approximately 1.2 mA, and an active-low FLAG output to indicate when the measured field exceeds 90% or falls below 10% of the full range. Available in a compact 3.00 mm 3.00 mm 0.95 mm, 6-lead DFN package, the CT110 is suitable for applications like smart plugs, IoT devices, LED lighting, power tools, appliances, drones, battery charger systems, PCs, and servers.
