Product Overview
The CT432 is a high-bandwidth, ultra-low noise integrated contact current sensor utilizing Allegro's XtremeSense TMR technology for high-accuracy current measurements. It offers multiple current ranges, with the integrated current carrying conductor (CCC) supporting up to 70 A and providing a linear analog output voltage. The device achieves a total output error of less than 1.0% full-scale (FS) across voltage and temperature, featuring a ~300 ns output response time and low current consumption (~6.0 mA). It is immune to common mode fields and optimized for high dV/dt applications, minimizing capacitive coupling to VOUT for use in switching applications. The CT432 is available in an industry-standard, green, RoHS-compliant 16-lead SOIC wide package.
