The ACS37220 is an integrated, automotive-grade current sensor designed for precise current measurement up to 200 A in compact applications. Featuring ultra-low primary conductor resistance (<100 ) for high efficiency and differential Hall sensing for superior common-mode field rejection, this sensor offers factory-calibrated high accuracy across a wide operating temperature range (40C to 150C). Available in 3.3 V and 5 V supply variants, it provides a high-bandwidth analog output and an overcurrent fault output with a user-configurable threshold for enhanced system protection. Its small 4 mm 4 mm QFN package with wettable flanks makes it ideal for space-constrained automotive designs.
